Pack of 50 Nail Care Client Record Cards and Client Treatment Continuation Record Cards (size:A5 21cm x 14.8 cm). The "base" Client Record Card is printed on 2x sides suitable for use where a client is undertaking nail care treatment to record (on side 1) - client personal details, initial treatment & comments and appointment schedule & (on side 2) - 15x Treatment Record Details - date, nail care treatment, retail products purchase - charge and technician name/signature. The separate Continuation Card allows a further 29 treatments to be recorded and matched to the client's "base" record card. 

Printed on high quality card, making the cards very durable but increasing the weight for postage hence the need to include a p&p charge.

Important note re postage costs: The ebay calculated cost is correct for orders up to 2 packs. For orders of 3x packs or more don't pay until a revised invoice is issued. If you pay the full amount before a revised invoice is issued then I always process an immediate paypal refund for any excess p&p paid.

When ordering different types of cards at the same time, don't pay straight away as we'll combine the separate orders into a single package and create an invoice that will reflect the reduced postage cost achieved by combining the cards. For whatever reason, ebay doesn't always allow the option of ordering different card types, not paying until we revise the invoice(s) to reflect a combined postage/lower postage cost. In these instances we will always effect a paypal refund to reflect the reduced postage cost against the postage paid for each individual item ordered and paid for.

It was difficult to photograph and capture the wording on the card and if you would like a sample of the card before ordering, then please send a message via ebay and we'll respond with our full postal address for you to then send a self addressed stamped envelope and we'll be happy to post a sample.
