Paypal is our preferred method of payment. Parcels are sent Monday to Friday and are usually sent within 24 business hours of cleared payment being received.

We use Australia Post or TollDX for the majority of our parcels. All our parcels have tracking and the tracking information will be uploaded into ebay.

RETURNS:-

For change of mind purchases if the item is not suitable returns are accepted on condition that the item is unopened in it's original packaging. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs.
For returns please contact us for a Return Authorisation number before sending the item back.
Please note that due to government health regulations certain products such as quilts, pillows, protectors etc are not allowed to be returned.
