    Notes: Our full time graders inspect the clothing and only pass items that receive a grade of 7/10 to 10/10. All pieces in this bundle Will fall within this range. There is a possibility that the odd imperfection was missed but we strive for 100% to be in good to excellent condition. To make up for any potential missed damage, we’ve added roughly 10% free extra bonus pieces in this bundle (over and above the items photographed).

  • Every piece of clothing that goes through our facility is independently inspected by 3 different people before being made available for sale. 

    We strive to only list items that are free from holes, tears, broken zippers, missing buttons or significant stains (A pinhead sized spot may be deemed acceptable depending on the rest of the condition of the item, and the position of the spot).  Where possible, we make specific notes about imperfections that were deemed acceptable in the items condition notes section. 

    We find that with 3 independent graders inspecting each piece of clothing ensures approx. 98% success rate of weeding out items graded less than a 7/10.  Roughy 50% of the items in bundles are graded at 8.5/10, or “Excellent Pre-Owned Condition.”

    When a bundle of clothes is graded as “Good-Very Good”, that is a grading of the bundle as a whole, and averages out the merely “Good” items with the “Like-New” pieces in the collection.

  • Approx. 80% Of Our Orders Make It To The Customers Door Within 1-4 Days Of Ordering.  The Remaining 20% Typically Get Their Order Within 5-7 Business Days.  Any Orders That Don't Reach The Customer Within Those Time Limits Are Virtually All Due To Carrier Delays Beyond Our Control And Are VERY Rare.
