Very Rare Vintage Warden Brooks LTD Horoscope Umbrella

By "Warden Brooks Ltd. New York" Dated around 1970’s

There is a lot of history in this 49 year old umbrella…From Bell Telephone

Nice adornment for that café, bar, shop, telephone store etc...

Each zodiac sign had a telephone number below the image.

The umbrella is full of phone numbers that were active in the 1970’s. Each number 

you dialed gave you an up-dated horoscope. Ex: 936-5757 would be Libra, 

936-6262 would be Pisces and so on…..See photo

New York Telephone Company and AT&T were among the first clients of Warden Brooks

It measures about 42” in diameter and is 34 ½” tall. It has a snap for keeping it closed

 Condition: from its age the wooden handle has faded. There are no holes but there is 

a tiny slit about ¼” on one of the ribs. The top of the umbrella is missing its cap. 

The fabric has normal light wear.
