Grit blast finish-

This Cover has a raw, 120 grit, aluminum oxide blasted surface profile.  This surface profile is ideal for custom DIY powder coating, paint, clear coat, epoxy drizzle, Cerakote or simply leave raw to get a quickly aged and worn finish.  If you are doing a refinish on your guitar or hardware and want to paint a matching guard without having to invest in the equipment and time for proper surface prep, the grit blasted aluminum is the perfect substrate for customization.   You will get maximum paint or powdercoat adhesion with the surface work that has been completed, as well as durability and tonal enhancements that Aluminum provides.

  Please allow up to 5 business days for the cover to ship out.  A business day is Monday-Friday and does not include weekends or holidays.  

  Please note that the 5 business days is not included in shipping time.  Domestic shipping can take anywhere from 2-10 business (estimated) days.  Average delivery time in the US is 3 business days.

  International shipping-  Estimated delivery time with USPS is 5-30 business days (average delivery time is 10 business days but this can vary.)  These delivery times are completely out of my control and tracking is not always perfect.  If you are on a tight schedule, I recommend upgrading to FedEx shipping at checkout.  It does cost a little more but the estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days with very reliable tracking.  All international packages are fully insured against loss or damage (please read below for more details).
