All New OEM Thermal Printheads are backed by a 90 Day
Warranty. Handling and installation must be performed with extreme care of
the delicate components/product precisely following proper installation and
maintenance instructions provided in the package with the product. If
installation and maintenance instructions are not included contact us
immediately so we can promptly provide the information for proper installation
and maintenance of the product. This warranty is valid under normal use and
maintenance only. If these instructions are not followed resulting in damage to
the product the warranty is void and a replacement will not be issued.
Printhead wear is part of normal operation. This warranty does not cover
failure due to normal abrasive wear of the surface coating over the printing
elements and conductors. Any printhead that fails due to defect within this
active warranty period will be replaced under the Return Authorization
Procedure. Failure of a thermal printhead is defined as the inability,
after all reasonable printer settings adjustments, and after
all reasonable attempts through technical support, to obtain legible print
quality from a properly specified printer while using approved (and
non-defective) thermal and/or thermal transfer media.
All of
our products are sold with a warranty. We also offer extended warranties and
maintenance programs beyond our normal warranties listed below. Please ask your
Sinca rep for details before ordering. Our standard warranty for new &
refurbished products is 90 days from the date of purchase.
We
sell New, New Open Box & Refurbished Product so the warranty can vary
beyond our standard 90 days with each customer and each product depending on
each customer's individual needs at the time of sale as well as
manufacturers warranty for new products. Please ask your Sinca Sales Representative
before or at the time an order is placed.
NEW RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS:
WE DO NOT ACCEPT NEW OPEN BOX PRODUCT BACK FOR RESTOCK AS WE
FOLLOW MANUFACTURER GUIDELINES WHICH WILL BE ADHERED TO BY OUR CUSTOMERS AS
WELL.
HOWEVER, WE DO ACCEPT NEW RETURNS THAT ARE NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY DUE
TO A MANUFACTURER DEFECT OF PRODUCT IF YOU HAVE A PRODUCT THAT YOU FEEL IS
DEFECTIVE. A POST SALES/ TECH SUPPORT CALL WILL NEED TO BE SCHEDULED AND AN
RMA# APPROVED BEFORE SENDING BACK YOUR PRODUCT.
If an RMA# is approved for product being returned the following
guidelines and policy need to be followed strictly.
Please take care in shipping product back to SINCA. Returned
cartons that do not meet the following conditions will be returned to you with a
$50 processing fee and return freight charged to your account:
· Product
must be unused.
· Product
must be complete and in manufacturer's original packaging, with no visible
damage (e.g. rips, tears, compression, holes or dents).
· Product box
must not be Re-Taped.
· All seals
and packaging tape of manufacturers' packaging must be unbroken.
· There must
be no markings or writing on manufacturer's packaging.
· There must
be no stickers, other than the shipping label, on manufacturer's packaging.
· If a carton
is shrink-wrapped, a shipping label must be on the shrink-wrap and the top of
the carton.
· All
products, including the manufacturer carton(s), must be packed into an
additional shipping carton (Overbox your Product) to help prevent damage
while in transit.
· The RMA
number must appear on the shipping label only, not on or inside the carton. Any
carton received without an RMA number on the shipping label will be returned to
the customer.
· To ensure
proper identification of your RMA #, please place the RMA # in the following
format on your shipping label: RMA #XX-XXXXX. Missing or transposed digits
render the RMA # invalid.
· The RMA
must reach our warehouse within 14 calendar days of the RMA date, or the carton
will be returned to the customer.
· Merchandise
must be secured with proper packaging to prevent any damage in transit
Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization # to ship
the item back to us.
