New York:  G. P. Putnam's Sons, [1962].  First Edition.  Hardcover, bound in a quarter black cloth with cream-colored boards, 5 3/4" x 8 5/8", no pagination.  While this book does NOT have its original dust jacket, it does have a clear protective dust jacket that was added later.

  

CONDITION:  This book is in Very Good condition, but is MISSING the original Dust Jacket.  The book has light soiling to the light (cream-colored) boards and some edge wear.  That said, the book is tight and intact.  There are NO markings by previous owner(s).  Please examine all seven photographs of this book for a better idea of its condition.
