Rapier TCT saw blades are manufactured from super hard tungsten carbide tips which are diamond lapped on all four sides to precise angles to produce a super hard and very sharp tip. Rapier saw body is made from selected heat treated steel, hardened to 44 - 46C rockwell which is prepared using the latest laser cutting technology. This produces an extremely flat and stuff saw body for accurate straight cutting.
