Super Rare Vintage Monophone Tube Power Amp Unit For AE 88 Speakerphone Option, Manufactured by Automatic Electric, Chicago. NOS

It comes in it's original box, but one side of the box is missing. The unit itself appears to have never been used and is pretty pristine, other than some splits in the telephone cable jacket. It has it's original quality control tag, hardware pouch and schematics on the inside cover. 

According to an Automatic Electric collector, this unit was designed for use with the AE 88 Speakerphone. It was only manufactured for about a year or two before it was replaced with a transistor version, that they jammed into the case of the newer 88T Speakerphone. About a year after that, they completely redesigned it again, into the much more common AE 880 Speakerphone.
