Subline tapered leaders allow you to fish with relatively thin mainline, yet hit the cast hard to achieve extreme range.

They smoothly taper down to the same diameter as your mainline, which means that the leader knots are as small and strong as possible. As long as the knot is positioned at the back of the spool your long range casting will be free from 'frap ups' !
