Dish - cup molded with small and large cut diamonds and star in the base with metal handle for anything like candy, sugar, salt, small vegies, flowers, etc.  Age is unknown, but guess mid century  Cup has few minor surfaces scratches if viewed correctly.  No major scratches.  See photos.
