Normally most orders before 2pm will be dispatched on same day, normally we will dispatch all items in 24 Hours (working day only). Royal Mail 1st Class normally will arrive in 2-3 working days; Royal Mail 2nd Class will arrive in 3-5 working days; Royal Mail international Airmail normally will arrive in 5-15 working days. Royal Mail doesn't provide guarantee for the transit time for the normal parcel (only special delivery provide next day delivery guarantee), but most of parcels will arrive on time.

 

 

If for any reason you're unhappy with your item purchased from us, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received your order.  The product must be returned in its original condition, with undamaged packaging, with any seals and shrink wrap intact and unused for a refund. If the item is not faulty, buyer need to pay for the return postage.
