This is a rare die-cut, pop-up advertising herald (flyer) promoting the two-week, Provincial Tour engagement of the DAVID LINDSAY-ABAIRE and JEANINE TESORI musical comedy "SHREK" at the Grand Theatre in Wolverhampton, England beginning September 30th, 2015. (The Original Broadway production opened December 14th, 2008 at New York's Broadway Theatre and ran for 441 performances. The Original West End production opened June 14th, 2011 at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane in London and ran for 715 performances before going on the road.) ..... The tour opened on July 23rd, 2014 in Leeds, England followed by dates in Bristol, Nottingham, Belfast (Northern Ireland), Dublin (Ireland), Oxford, Manchester, Aberdeen (Scotland), Canterbury, Newcastle, Birmingham, Glasgow (Scotland), Sheffield, Norwich, Southampton, Plymouth, Milton Keynes, Bradford, Wolverhampton, Edinburgh (Scotland), Sunderland, Liverpool, Cardiff (Wales), Wimbledon and Salford, where the tour closed on Saturday, February 20th, 2016.
