The catalogue is in good condition. The corners are a bit dented, as you can see in pictures, other than that nothing major. It is an used catalogues.

Shipping

Shipping is FREE for any country. This item will be shipped to you from Europe (United Kingdom) via airmail immediately after payment is fully received and will be arriving within 7-10 business days to your destination. The shipping depends on the destination country. I can not guarantee the delivery times, because they depend on postal services from transit countries. 

I send Worldwide through Airmail with tracking number and delivery confirmation.

I send only with insurance and that involves declared value, it is probable for you to pay customs fees.
