Absolutely love this toner. I never apply creams/lotions to my face (unless I'm taking off my makeup with Pond's/I have a rash on my upper lip from blowing my nose too much) but the toner I used during the summer wasn't helping me get through the winter. My mother, an avid DHC fan, gave me a 100mL bottle of this toner and I was instantly in love. I would apply generously once after showering and my face would stay moisturised until I washed my face the next morning. Definitely my go-to toner during the winter

I tried this a few years ago and felt it was too sticky and heavy, but it's absolutely perfect for my skin now. I have retinized, acne-prone, sensitive skin that gets very dry in the winter, and having tried most of DHC's toners for long periods of time, I like this the best. It adds a crucial, thin extra layer of moisture that keeps my skin moist and comfortable all day, even in the windy snowstorms we've been having. I splash this on my face and then use Eucerin Original Creme (I told you my skin gets dry!). This combo keeps my face from getting flaky or taut as the day progresses - a real challenge. Acerola Lotion is great during the summer, but I love Mild Lotion! I recommend this to people with aging, dry, or retinized skin, especially for the winter months

I've been using this product for years now. It is tacky but it works very well on my skin. I usually use it just at night and I use it mostly when the weather turns cold and dry. My skin does not tolerate very many toners so when I find one it likes then its a keeper. This toner has minimal ingredients for those with sensitive skin. I highly recommend this product.

I use this as part of the DHC 4steps (Olive) I really like it. It moisturises and cools. Isn't sticky or noticeable in any other way.... very pleasant.
