Rodger Jacobs Signed Wild Cherry Ambush Series Burl Wood Bowl  M3760

  • This amazing piece of turned wood comes from an estate. 

  • Titled 1st Flowers, it was created by North Carolina woodturner Rodger Jacobs in 1994, as part of his Ambush Series. 

  • The bowl is made from a wild cherry tree burl. 

  • The artist has created a gorgeous, perfectly balanced bowl that displays the natural beauty of the wood. 

  • Dimension:

    • 14" in total diameter.

    • Diameter of the bowl portion is approximately 7"

    • Approximately 2 1/2" deep.

    • The height from table top to the top of the open area is approximately 5 1/2".

    • The natural scar is approximately 4" long.

  • The underside of the bowl is signed "R Jacobs 2-94 Wild Cherry 1st Flowers Ambush Series" 

  • Two very small, slight scuff marks are visible in the photos.
