Just finished making this delightful little Russian doll.
Carefully hand knitted by myself using top quality cotton yarn.
Filled with Habico top quality toy filling.
Her little apron is Swiss darned (a technique I have just discovered!)
Features are embroidered with a black bead for the eyes.
The nose is is pinched and stitched to give definition to her face.
There is a thick card base inside for stability.
This is not intended as a toy but an ornament/shelf sitter.
