Unexpected sales volume, postal service closure/downtime and/or other unforeseen circumstances may cause occasional delay, so although one day is our standard please allow for up to 2 days

For most items we use Royal Mail's services, typically 2nd Class Signed For, this provides protection and confirmation of delivery for us, and peace of mind and low postage costs for you!

Delivery type, class and price can vary between listings due to variable factors such as dimensions, weight, signed/unsigned, tracked/untracked - please check the particulars on the individual listing.

High value items (typically \A3100+) will be dispatched using the fully tracked service, whereby a tracking number will be provided allowing you to track the progress of your delivery.

Packaging

When it comes to packaging, we think INSIDE the box, all our items are packaged appropriately and securely according to the items weight, size, type and above all, fragility.

Fragile items are dispatched with foam/bubble wrap or some other type of suitable padding material.

1. Item is not as described -- If the item you receive is not as is described in the listing, please get in touch with us, we will investigate this as quickly as we can and if the item is indeed not as described we will issue a refund .
