This is a rare ticket envelope and loose ticket stub from the December 16th, 1961 matinee performance of the Original Broadway production of the HOWARD DIETZ and ARTHUR SCHWARTZ musical comedy flop "THE GAY LIFE" at the Sam S. Shubert Theatre in New York City. (The show opened November 18th, 1961 and closed after only 113 performances.) .....
