This is a rare October 21st, 1956 "Stagebill" playbill from the National Tour engagement of the new MICHAEL V. GAZZO play "A HATFUL OF RAIN" at the Selwyn Theatre in Chicago, Illinois. (The production opened November 9th, 1955 at the Lyceum Theatre in New York City and ran for 389 performances while simultaneously playing on the road.) ..... The play starred VIVIAN BLAINE and featured MARK RICHMAN, HARRY GUARDINO, FRANK SILVERA, STEVE GRAVERS, GAVIN MacLEOD (who had made his Broadway debut as a replacement), PATRICK HAYES, TEDDI LANDESS and NICHOLAS COLASANTO .....
