We will ship your goods within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment monday-Friday, Purchases made on Friday thru to Sunday will be sent on Monday. We print invoices from 8am (7am from October-December) so purchases after that time will be sent 24 hours later. We use Royal Mail, The DX secure, Fed Ex, UPS, UK Mail, DPD. We will only ship to the address on the invoice unfortunatly we cannot ship to any other address. For International shipments, we use UPS, Fed Ex, DPD, if your country is not listed please ask us for a quote some countries we cannot ship to, we require a valid phone number for all international orders

After choosing Buy it Now, please pay for pay for your item with 3 days, or ebay will open a unpaid item case. We have our eBay account set up so eBay opens cases on our behalf and this will be done after 3 days. We will accept returns on all our products that are faulty, please initially send us a message through eBay. Then we will ask you to send the item back. So we can check it and then we will send you a brand new one absolutely free refund your postage through PayPal. PLEASE PUT EBAY USER ID IN PACKAGE ALONG WITH A NOTE. FOR UNWANTED GOODS, ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN RESELLABLE CONDITION AT THE BUYERS COST WE WILL THEN ONLY REFUND ITEM COST NOT POSTAGE PAID.
