What is EAA Pro Instant?

EAA Pro Instant is a dietary supplement containing the so-called EAA amino acids (i.e. Essential Amino Acids), which have been recognised as essential for life. These include histidine, isoleucine, leucine, valine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and additionally arginine. Amino acids are compounds which are the building material of all proteins in the body. We distinguish between protein amino acids (building proteins of organisms, there are 20 of them) and non-protein amino acids (performing functions other than building, there are over 300 of them). The properties and uses of amino acids are so wide that it would be possible to describe each one in great detail. This only confirms the fact that they are key chemical compounds for human health and functioning. However, let us introduce their groups and how they are delivered.

We can distinguish four groups of amino acids:

Endogenous amino acids - those that we can produce ourselves in our body. These include: alanine, glycine, asparagine, aspartic acid, glutamine, glutamic acid, proline, serine.

Exogenous amino acids - unfortunately our organism is not able to produce them on its own and we have to provide them with food or supplements. They include: lysine, methionine, leucine, isoleucine, valine, threonine, phenylalanine, tryptophan. The 3 amino acids contained in this group (leucine, isoleucine and valine) are components of a very popular product - BCAA.

Relatively endogenous amino acids - are formed in the body from exogenous amino acids, these are: tyrosine, cysteine produced by the human body from other amino acids. For example, tyrosine does not have to be supplied to the organism with food, if the food contains a sufficient amount of phenylalanine, from which it is produced.

Relatively exogenous amino acids - which are produced in sufficient quantities for an adult, but not enough for a developing organism, are: histidine, arginine. Feeding a diet poor in essential amino acids can cause illnesses.
