These are the First Publishing editions.  They are in an American-style graphic novel format rather than the standard tankobon format that modern manga uses.

Approximate grades are listed above.  The worst problems are described here.  9 has slight-to-moderate yellowing, some dark areas on the covers, and a small rip.  12 is slightly bent at the spine.  19 has significant-to-severe shelfwear and a small rip.
