These needles are ideal for cleaning clogged nozzles of FDM / FFF 3D printers.
How to use: heat both needle and hot-end and then pass the needle through the hot-end.
The flexible and sharp needle allows you to remove any residue that is in the nozzle.
To remove a clog with the needle method, an acupuncture or hypodermic needle is required. The size of the needle must be small enough to fit the nozzle. For a standard diameter of 0.4mm, the 0.3mm needle works perfectly. Preheat the nozzle to the normal printing temperature for the last used material. Be careful, the needle is hot and the all-metal construction of the needle conducts heat well. The goal is to break the block and free the nozzle. Insert the needle from below and move it carefully. Then remove the needle and manually insert the filament from the top and push. If the block is still unclear, repeat the steps again. If this method doesn't work, the alternative is the cold pull method with the Aprintapro CleaningFilament.

We issue an invoice with a separate VAT indication, to be requested at the same time as the purchase, reporting all the necessary data (with eBay message or PayPal note).
In case of no request, the transaction will be recorded at the end of the day in our fee register. It will therefore no longer be possible to request the commercial invoice relating to the order.
For this reason, we take care of your order right from the packaging, delivering it to the forwarder within 24 working hours after payment (in most cases).
