What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14-day money back guarantee.  If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our product, we will refund the price of the goods provided that they are returned unused, in its original condition and with the original packaging if applicable.  A refund will be issued within 14 days of the date of the invoice.  A copy of the invoice must be returned with the goods.  You must take reasonable care of the item/s and must not open them.  You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address.  We cannot accept any responsibility for returned items damages or lost in the post, there for we advise that postal insurance is taken out.  To cancel your order, you must advise us by email or in writing via e bay messaging system

When will I receive my order?

What do I do if I haven’t received my order?

My item is damaged, what shall I do?

If your item is damaged, then please message us and attach images where possible and we will aim to respond to you within 24 hours.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the United Kingdom. We also advise that we are unable to deliver to the following areas: Northern Island, Channel Island, British Islands and the Scottish Highlands.
