This great looking, 14"x 54" valance, with a 1-1/2 inch rod pocket, was made from: 100% cotton, upholstery weight, barkcloth fabric, which has been shipped to me from Hawaii. The valance was serged, then sewn by an upholsterer(me)on a commercial machine with strong nylon thread, and can be machine washed and dryed. The fabric is called "Pau Hanna" and the background color is called natural, and it is a dark beige. Florida Residents Pay 7% Sales Tax.
