This ruler is not metal - it is Polyester.
Legends on this ruler are not opaque - they are Sepia colored 
so they can be read thru to measure. 
S scale 6" ruler - 6" long x 0.50" wide.
TOP edge is marked in inches - with marks for each 1/32nds of an inch.
Opposite edge is marked in S scale feet, down to 6" at scale.
Factory New     Material is 0.007" Polyester Base film.    Made in California, USA.

Accuracy can be affected by stretching, heating, cutting, grinding, drilling,
