Dynamometer – 0 to 130kg Measure Hand Grip Force Measurement Power Strength Meter

A great easy to use tool for measuring the grip strength of your hands, up to 130kg. The meter will sit at the maximum strength produced until you reset it back to 0.

Instructions

1)      If not set to Zero, start by raising the reset button (Left of the Meter)

2)      Hold the dynamometer as shown in the diagram above

3)      Squeeze and the meter will stop at your maximum strength

4) Reset by pushing the left lever northwards
