Where indicated, we offer a 30 day
warranty on our timepieces.
Should the timepiece develop a fault which is covered by the warranty, the item
will be repaired. In the unlikely event that a repair is not possible, the
customer will be
offered a choice of either a credit or refund. The customer is
responsible for the safe return of the item for repair.
Unless otherwise stated,
our timepieces which were manufactured after 1910 are guaranteed to keep time
within 3 minutes per day. Time keeping cannot be guaranteed on those
manufactured before this date. The warranty does not cover water resistance,
misuse, abuse, or accidental damage (including broken or bent balance staffs,
case damage, or penetration by water or any other substance). Misuse, abuse, or
accidental damage is determined at our sole discretion. Perishable parts such
as glasses, winding stems, crowns/buttons, mainsprings,
straps/bracelets/chains and strap/bracelet bars are not covered by the warranty
