Shipping: 

Economy --- Registered Mail SAL 
(10-21 Business days)

Standard --- DHL, EMS (5-10 Business days) with Tracking Number,  

Items will be shipped within 1 business day after your payment.

* In case described as “Free shipping” or “Economy shipping”, we will ship by registered mail (economy with tracking number). It takes 10 to 20 businessdays and it is very often late to arrive. Please check the postal service of your country. If you would want fast delivery, please select DHL (standard).

* We recommend you to select “DHL”.

* If the parcel have not arrived, please check the tracking number at the web site
* In some country, there are no way to find the economy tracking number through the web site.

Return Policy:

* After we ship the parcel, the shipping fee and duty are non- refundable. 
* Products once opened are non-returnable. 
* Please owe the shipping fee for send the parcel back to Japan.

* If the parcel return to Japan because it could not go through customs or it have passed the retention period of postal office, I will refund the money reduced the actual cost of shipping.
