Yes, I combine shipping.  How does this work? Put all items in your cart, and request total from seller.  I will then make you an invoice once things are boxed up.  If you don't want to wait, pay for everything (all at once) and I will refund you the difference.  You must also do this BEFORE you pay if you want tracking and insurance.  If you ask for either after, then it is too late.
