If you are sending higher value items, you should purchase Extra Cover which provides loss or damage cover from $100 up to $5,000. Extra Cover cannot be purchased from the Online Shop (as the cost of Extra Cover depends on the value of the item being posted). Ask to purchase Extra Cover at your post office before you send your item.
Unless required by law, we do not accept liability for late delivery or any consequential or indirect loss or damage. If your parcel is lost or damaged, compensation of up to $100 and a postage refund may be payable.

These products are suitable for sending items valued up to $100. If what you're sending is valued between $100 and $5,000, you should purchase Extra Cover.
How do I add Extra Cover? Buy Extra Cover from your local Post Office when you send your item. It is not automatically included in your Online Shop order. Extra Cover is calculated at the Post Office depending on what you're sending.
What if I don't add Extra Cover? If your parcel is lost or damaged, you may be compensated up to $100 plus a postage refund. Unless we're required by law, we don't accept liability for your delivery being late, or any loss or damage not caused by us. Extra Cover and any compensation offered under Australia Post's Terms and Conditions are in addition to any rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Dispatch and Delivery
Dispatch is the time your order takes to leave our warehouse. Most orders leave the warehouse within 2 business days.
Standard delivery is free Australia-wide on orders $30+. For orders under $30, we charge a flat fee of $5. Most orders arrive to you within 6 business days.
Occasionally, high delivery volumes and other network issues can cause delays, as well as where the order is being sent.

Returns Policy
