Book is in great condition with no tears or writing on cover or inside pages. I don't grade comics but have been collecting them since the 70's. My books are not mint as I have read all comics I own. I have included several pictures for you to assess the condition of comic for yourself. If you have any questions I will be glad to answer them to the best of my ability.
