The AEM E85 Fuel Pump is designed for in-tank installation on high performance naturally aspirated and forced induction vehicles. It flows 340 lph at 40 PSI (please refer to the chart for fuel pump horsepower versus pressure for various applications and fuel types).

AEM's E85 Fuel Pump features robust internal construction that is designed to withstand the low lubricity characteristics of ethanol and methanol fuels, and has been tested to work with ethanol fuels up to E100, methanol fuels up to M100 and all types of gasoline.

The AEM E85 Fuel Pump features a compact 39mm diameter that fits most applications. It features an offset inlet design that eases installation and includes a wiring harness, pre filter, internal fuel hose and clamps, end cap and rubber buffer sleeve. Every AEM E85 Fuel Pump is tested to flow 340 lph at 40 PSI before it is packaged for sale.

Return Claims


 We are dedicated to our customer’s 100% satisfaction. We will issue a refund/credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 14 days of product receipt. It must be returned in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Returned product is subject to a 20% restocking charge and must be returned freight prepaid.


Damaged Shipments


All of our shipments are 100% insured. It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly before accepting and signing for your carton. Packaging that appears in good condition does not guarantee that there is no “hidden” damage. The only way to be certain is to fully unpack and examine the contents carefully before signing. Legally, by applying your signature, you are signing a document stating that you have inspected the item and it is in good condition. We have no recourse when the item is signed for, any later claim for un-noticed (“hidden/concealed”) damage must be filed by you with USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Many times it is common practice by UPS or FedEx to leave packages on your doorstep if no one is available for signature. Again, please inspect the package by fully unpacking and examining the contents. If you notice damage to the product during your inspection, please contact us immediately. Claims must by file within 7 days after receipt.


Defective Merchandise


All item sold are strictly followed by the manufacture warranty guideline only. If you receive a defective part upon delivery and it’s not due to shipping damages, please contact us and we will file a warranty claim with manufacture to have the issue resolved.
