I ship by Canada Post and the delay can varie
I ship by plane and there is no tracking number with this service and to USA the delivery is depending where you are but the average is 10 days (but when you are far in the Usa it can take 20 days). If you want a tracking number you can use the delivery with tracking item and it is a little faster and the price is higher

To Canada the delivery time is between 1 day to 7 days
I usally ship 1 or 2 days after the payment is made
