this is a framed print.  I believe it is Theorem painted on fabric, perhaps velvet.
It has 2 boys, a young boy holding a little boat and an older boy with his foot on a rock and a basket on his back, with an anchor in the background.  Pastel shades.
It is signed with initials either LM  (possibly a Lillian Marshall piece)
In the light wood frame it measures 11 x9"
A great piece for a child's room.
