RETURNS POLICY

 

If you have purchased incorrectly or the item is no longer needed we can offer a full refund or exchange service of any item returned to us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in new, undamaged, re-saleable condition and returned to us with its original packaging.

You must enclose a return note with your name, address and contact number and the reason for return. Additionally we offer a 30 day returns service, although we may charge an administration fee if the item is returned outside the 7 day cooling off period. This administration fee covers our costs to deliver the item to you, please contact us for details.

 Where an item is to be returned and the issue is of no fault of ours it is the customer’s responsibility to cover any postage cost for returning the item. We can arrange the collection of the item using or courier service at reasonable rates, normally £13.50 per parcel, please contact for confirmation.

 If we send the wrong item or the item is damaged in transit we will arrange for our courier service to collect the item from you and return it to us at no cost to you. We will also either deliver the correct item or refund you ASAP. If you discover we have sent an incorrect item or the item is damaged please contact us right away with the original transaction id, your name and address, plus a telephone number so we can contact you if needed.
