1. 8:00 A.M. to 6.30 P.M., Monday to Saturday, local time, all your massage will be answered quickly.
2. We ship out most orders in 1 work day and all the orders in 2 work days after your payment is confirmed. If the payment is not available, your order will be closed automatically.
3. We do not charge Handling fee or other fee. Item price and shipping fee are all the fee you need to pay.
Delivery details
1. For U.S. / Russian Federation / Australia and most EU countries, it takes 7-12 days to finish delivery.
2. For West European countries(including Israel), Asian and north America countries (including New Zealand), it takes 12-30 days to finish delivery. 35 - 60 days if holidays, bad weather or remote regions.
3. For Africa and South America, it takes 35-60 days to finish delivery.
The estimated delivery time may be delayed by bad weather (like typhoon), holidays, and strikes.

Sometimes we will change shipping carrier to quicker and safer shipping method if the shipping fee are same, and we will write a message for you.

Damage and Tax
1. If any problems and damage caused by shipping service such as accidents, delays or other issues, please contact us and we will communicate with the carriers.
2. The U.S. Custom does not charge item value under 200USD (22EUR for EU countries, and 50USD for most countries).
3. Buyer should to be responsible for any tax and/or duty charged by their country. We mark the real item name and claim 1/3 of the sale price for customs clearance.
