Warranty Policy:

• We offer 36 months warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and is valid for the original purchaser only. If you experience any issues with your part within the warranty period, please contact us for a replacement.
• Our warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, abuse, or neglect. We reserve the right to deny any warranty claim that we deem to be a result of any of these factors.
• To make a warranty claim, please contact us through eBay message with your original order number, a description of the problem, and any relevant photos or documentation. We will review your claim and provide instructions on how to proceed.
• We recommend that all parts be installed by a qualified mechanic. Improper installation may result in damage to the part or to your vehicle and may void your warranty.

Shipping and Handling:

• At our auto parts store, we want to make sure that your order is delivered to you safely and quickly. We have established the following shipping and handling policy to ensure that you receive your order on time and in good condition.
• We offer USPS as our free shipping option.
• We strive to process and ship all orders within same business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your shipment online.
• We are happy to ship to HI, AK, PR, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO.

Returns:

• We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product purchased from our auto parts store. That's why we have established the following returns policy to make the process as easy and convenient as possible for you.
• You may return any product within 30 days of purchase as long as it is in its original packaging and in new, unused condition. We do not accept returns on products that have been installed, used, or damaged.
• Once we receive the returned product and verify that it is in new, unused condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the returned product.
