1: Machine wash with dedicates in warm water, dry clean or hand wash but always turn the shirt inside out before washing.  Do not Bleach                                            2. Use a damp cloth when ironing (Never put iron directly on the fabric.)
4: Flat Dry or in dryer on a warm delicate cycle.
5: Do not Twist or ring out fabric after washing.
