This is the highest quality, most complete repair kit available. This kit repairs one (1) RV step motor. This kit with lifetime Delrin bushings and OEM gear grease included is only available here! 

If your RV step is retracting or extending only part of the way or won't stay retracted while traveling or the motor continues to run with a clunking or grinding noise after the step is retracted, then it is likely that the transmission/gear in the motor needs to be replaced. 

Kit includes:

3- Precision machined lifetime warranty Delrin torque pins

1- Grease packet with the exact same type of grease used by the manufacturer. Just snip the corner for easy application. 

Unlike the competition, this kit includes pins made of Delrin plastic that is virtually indestructible! They will not compress and crumble into plastic bits as the original equipment pins and will not deform and fail like the soft gel pins sold by my competitors. These soft pins are also standard in all of the cheap Chinese made replacement motors. Often these gel pins won't last one year with regular use. They are counting on the fact that most people only use their RV's occasionally so the warranty will end before they fail. 

I guarantee my Delrin pins will NEVER fail or your money back.

As a special bonus I will also include a packet of high-quality OEM grease to lubricate the teeth on the gear and the re-used external gear. This is the correct type of grease to lubricate and protect the nylon gear. Basic petroleum-based grease is not compatible with the nylon plastic gear!! My new competition does not offer grease of any kind! 

This gear kit will repair RV step motors with the following original equipment part numbers: 1820124, 369506, 301695, 380073, 300-1406, SP-163669, 163669, 205-1007, 205-1009, 5973820, 59734-2C, 300-1457, 1010002326 and likely there are more numbers which will be added as they become known. If you are unsure if this gear kit will fit your application, you are welcome to send me pictures of your motor and I can tell you but frankly if your motor is a match to the one, I have pictured then this kit will likely work.  

***PLEASE NOTE: This gear kit does NOT fit the newer 214 series motors (with plastic gear case) used on newer Lippert 25 Series steps! Please check to make sure you have one of the part numbers listed above.
