Antique Victorian Circa 1800s Large Tape Dispenser Metal Cast Ornate. It uses water activated Kraft paper tape. Once you push the lever it runs the tape through the water in revisor and activates the glue on the tape. The notch on the side has a ring that you can move up or down to adjust how much tape you want to dispense.
