We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. We only ship internationally to the countries available above.

At the discretion of our management, we may require photographic evidence to support claims for damages. If you wish to cancel your order please notify us in writing or by email within 30 days of the date of delivery and return all goods. Returned items should be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class. We cannot cover return postage costs for Special Delivery or any courier service. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach our offices. In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Burnt Oak Pharmacy will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage.
