Length:  Laying flat and straight, measure from top of the neck, except the collar, to bottom of hem on the back

Chest:  Laying flat and straight measure between armpits on the front 

Arm:  . Laying flat and straight measure between armpit and hem of the sleeve on the bottom side of the sleeve

Waist:  Gather the back and front hem flat in a parallel line, measure from left to right in between the two buttons on the front

Bottom:  Gather the back and front hem flat in a parallel line, measure from left to right at the bottom of hem
