Tips:
1.Your phone can be charged with case, but the speed will be slower than without phone case. Metal case or metal piece on case will block charging.
2.Q: Why can't my S8 fully charged?
A: As S8 and S8 Plus are designed with built-in charging protection. When they are charged with indoor temperature at 30 ℃, the temperature of your phone may exceed 40 ℃ so that it will stop charging automatically when the battery is charged 70% -80% to protect the battery from over-heating. (Note: Fast charge is only for samsung mobile phones, other, such as iphone and other, are ordinary charging speed)
3.Q: Why can't I use fast charge?
A: Reason 1: Your phone is not Qi-enabled.
Reason 2: Your charging adapter is not a Quick Charge adapter. And if you use a computer as power source, the charging voltage may be too low to work.
Reason 3: Your phone will be in fast charging mode at the beginning and automatically switch into normal charging mode if temperature rises, which is normally due to its charging protection

FAQ:
1. Why is the charger heating up when charging?
It is normal for the receiving coil or plate to heat up during the wireless charging process.
2. Why is my phone not charging when placed on the charging pad?
First, please ensure your phone is Qi wireless-charging compatible. Second, please make sure the phone is aligned with the center of the charging pad. Please remove phone cases thicker than 4mm. If you have any question about compatibility or alignment, please let us know so we can help you.
3. Why is the charging speed slow?
First, please make sure that the phone is properly aligned with the center of the charging pad. If your phone supports fast charging, it requires a QC 2.0 or QC 3.0 AC adapter (not included) for fast charge mode. Reducing the phone's background applications may improve the charging speed.
4. Will it charge through a thick or rubber phone case?
The Wireless Charger is compatible with most phone cases. However, phone cases thicker than 4mm (like OtterBox) may affect wireless charging.
