3 Methods for Quick TPMS Programming

Copy by Activation

If your original sensor works and can be activated. You could use this method to program a new sensor. It will clone the original ID to the new FOXWELL T10 sensor.

The Clone By Activation function lets users automatically write in the retrieved original sensor data to the FOXWELL Sensor which is used after the original sensor is triggered. 1)Highlight TPMS from the Main Menu and select the vehicle model as need. 2) Select Programming--Clone by Activation from the available menu. 3)Place the t1000 tool near the original sensor to be copied and press Activate to continue. 4)After trigger successfully, press Y to continue. 5)Place a new FOXWELL sensor near the TPMS tool (around 0-20 cm).6)Press Y to start the programming when the tool detect the sensor.7) Press N to exit after the programming successfully.

Copy by Manual Input:

If you know the original sensor ID, you could input the ID to program new sensor.

The Manual Create function lets users to input the sensor ID manually. Input sensor ID. 1)Highlight TPMS from the Main Menu and select the vehicle model as need. 2)Select Programming--Manual Create from the available menu.3)Input the sensor ID in the dialog box and press Y to continue.4)Place a new FOXWELL sensor near the TPMS tool (around 0-20 cm).5)Press Y to start the programming when the tool detect the sensor.6)Press N to exit after the programming successfully.

Auto Create 1-16 Sensors

If you don't know the original sensor ID or your original sensor was bad, you could choose this method. Intall new sensor ID--program new sensor-->perform tpms learning and let the car recognize new sensor After programming the new sensor, you need to perform tpms learning function to learn the new sensor ID to your car. The tpms learning method will vary on specific car models.(the car shown in our video is cadillac XT5, and it's using static learning method.) The tpms tool will show you what kind of learning method you car will apply.

The Automatic Create function is to program FOXWELL sensors by applying random IDs created according to the test vehicle when it is unable to obtain the original sensor ID.1) Highlight TPMS from the Main Menu and select the vehicle model as need.2) Select Programming--Automatic Create from the available menu.3) Place new FOXWELL sensors(1-16) near the TPMS tool (around 0-20 cm).4) Press Y to start the programming when the tool detect the sensor. 5) Press N to exit after the programming successfully.

NotIce:

T1000 only program a replacement sensor only if it is the FOXWELL brand.Almost all tpms programming tool in thie field have the same limitation. For example, if you purchase tpms programming tool from B brand, you should also purchase B brand sensor to peform this TPMS programming function

Activate TPMS Sensors

This FOXWELL TPMS scan tool T1000 enables you to activate 98% known OEM/Universal TPMS sensors in the market. You can rapidly and accurately trigger and decode sensors to read their ID, pressure, temperature, battery, frequency and OE Part number before servicing the tires/wheels or when you are performing programming or relearn. No need to purchase a separate activation tool. The sensor activation will be finished in seconds through two methods: in All wheel mode and in Single wheel mode.

TPMS Sensor Activation Instruction

1.Highlight TPMS from the Main Menu and Y press the YES key to start.
2.On each screen that appears, select the correct option and then press the YES key. Do this until the complete vehicle information is entered.
3.Place the tool to the correct position to insure sensor activation and decode.
4.Press Activate to test the TPMS. If test passes,TPMS data will be briefly  displayed for 3 seconds.

Key FOB Testing (315/433MHz)

FOXWELL T1000 provides the key fob testing, which can precisely test the 315MHz or 433MHz key fobs to ensure whether it is perfectly running, being super easy for users to identify the key fob condition with the loud and clear audio and visual indication.

FOXWELL T1000 Three Types of TPMS Sensor Relearn

FOXWELL T1000 TPMS Relearn Tool can be served as a professional TPMS relearn scanner, to relearn almost all known sensor IDs, which is compatible with 99% vehicle with TPMS system and extremely popular among car repair ships and DIY car owners. To ensure T1000 compatible with different vehicles , 3 types for TPMS sensor relearning are offered : 1) self learning; 2) indirect learning; 3) static learning. These 3 learning methods will be easy to operate because the instructions of the scanner is fairly clear and intuitive.

self learning
T1000 provides the easy relearn procedure instruction to simplify the auto-relearn process if your vehicle is able to learn single or multiple TPMS sensor IDs. For some vehicles, the “Relearn” function can be completed automatically by driving, which makes it quite easy to do a complete set of sensor replacement operations on your own.

indirect learning
This method can only be operated in the car. When you don't have a tire pressure sensore, our T1000 TPMS relearn tool will provides a learning method for customers to operate in the car to reset the tire pressure light. The learning method will vary from each vehicle.

static learning
T1000 allows the new TPMS sensor IDs to be transferred without driving a vehicle. You can trigger the sensors when the vehicle is in learn mode by our TPMS Tool T1000.

Notice:

1.FOXWELL T1000 doesn't support OBD relearn.No OBD function.

2.If your old sensors are dead or cannot be scanned, this function may fail.

3.If you need to perform sensor cloning function, you should know your old sensor ID first. If no, you could use other scanner to scan the old sensor ID first, then use FOXWELL T1000 to perform sensor cloning.

Read TPMS Sensor Data

Why is the TPMS light on? Weather if the tire air pressure are too low? Or is the sensor battery too weak? FOXWELL T1000 TPMS diagnostic tool can read the sensor ID, tire pressure, tire temperature, sensor battery, and frequency in seconds, help you figure out all TPMS problems fast.
