Our Annex Matting makes for a great travelling and camping companion where extra ground needs to be covered (quite literally).


Made from foamed PVC that is soft, porous and breathable, the Annex Matting is permitted for use in caravan parks, beaches and more.  It’s also ideal for laying on grass, stone or rough surfaces to create a comfortable sitting and lying area.

The rubber-like feel of the mesh matting that is also non-slip.  The matting is also UV-treated and mould and mildew-resistant.

1. Once the full payment is received and cleared, we process and ship your order/s from our Melbourne distribution centre the next business day. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered as business days.

2. Depending on your location, delivery will take from 3-8 business days after dispatch from our distribution centre. Delivery may be longer for remote areas.

3. The expected time of delivery is for reference only. For some cases, delivery might take longer than expected due to various reasons beyond our knowledge and control. If you do not receive your item within 10 business days, please contact us immediately.

4. We are working with at least three (3) couriers to provide the most efficient delivery service with the most reasonable price and quickest service.

5. We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners would be able to guarantee either.

6. Some items may be delivered in more than one carton.

7. We do not allow customer nominated courier or arranging your own courier or item pick up from our warehouse.

8. If your item is a gift, please ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if parcel has to be resent.

9. If no one is present when the order arrives and it is being delivered by Australia Post, usually, a notification will be left in the mail box for you to pick up your parcel in your local Post Office.

10. If your item is delivered by Fastway or Allied Express, prior arrangement will be made to ensure your item to arrive at your door at your convenience. A re-delivery cost will occur if you are not home at the arranged time.

11. If there are any address discrepancies with your order the product is returned us, a customer care team member will be in touch. A re-delivery cost will be incurred for any products that are returned to us.

12. As we operate a fast and automated dispatching system, please note that we can only cancel your order if the item has not been dispatched from our warehouse. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

As Australian Consumer Law states, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match description within the period allowed by law.

We do not normally allow returns if you just change your mind about your order or the item arrived in perfect condition.   For events like this, and if it is within 30 days, buyer will shoulder and arrange full return postage, tracking details, plus a 15% restocking fee will apply.   Other T's and C's apply.  Item should be returned in its original condition and packaging, within 30 days.  If not, unfortunately we won't be able to offer a refund.  

We generally offer 12-month warranty on our products, unless stated otherwise. Electronics products come with a 3-month warranty. Some products may be provided with extended warranty for your peace of mind. 

You are required to notify us within 10 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted and will be given instructions how to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval. 

To make a claim, you must provide us with any kind of proofs showing that you purchased the item from us. You need also to describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit. 

Refund generally takes up to 2-5 working days to process and will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow additional 5-10 working days on top for your financial institution to process it. 

Warranty or refund or replacement is not applicable because of damage caused by neglect, misuse, mishandled or mistakenly installed or abuse. Buyers are responsible for properly following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers. We are not responsible for third party installation, or removal cost, inconvenience or distress claims and any form of consequential losses. Under any circumstances, our liability is limited to the sale price only.


For both party’s peace of mind, we are accepting PayPal payment.
