These are a series of self-help chart which are laminated and A4 in size. They are designed to help the person using them to understand what they need to think about when getting ready to go out in various weather conditions. There is the option to have them with either tokens to attach or with a dry wipe pen to tick off the garments on the chart. The charts will effectively help a child or adult to prompt and make positive choices and start to become self sufficient in this area. They also give the person using them and their carers the opportunity to discuss the weather and the reasons behind the choices of clothing and accessories. There are 6 different charts, one general and 5 for specific weather conditions. There is also a set of all 6 charts. 

These charts are great for use at home, nursery, school, care setting, club, or hospital. Think about ordering two sets and use them at other places the person needs to go regularly as consistency in identifying the triggers and behaviour is especially important. 

The charts are new, and all our items are home manufactured so will be unique. We have used all our products successfully with many children and adults with special needs, autism, and members of our own family. We make all our items at affordable prices because we care about helping people with difficulties.
