You are viewing a 75mm x 75mm Drum Sander Bobbin which can be mounted vertically in a Drill Press or Stand, comes with attachments. Alternatively can be mounted on a small spindle/Bench Grinder motor or lathe, making an excellent Contour Sander. They come with a 75mm sanding abrasive already mounted and held in place with an elliptical locking key. (4mm allen key supplied).
To install on a spindle motor or lathe, slot onto the 12.7mm (1/2' Shaft) of the lathe or spindle motor,
tighten the grub screw to the shaft. Depth of internal measurement is 38mm.
The drum sander comes with a 100 grit sanding sheet.
Additional sanding sheets are available in our shop, 100 grit or 180 grit -

Starting off as Timber Merchants and Sawmillers with our own sawmill converting Hardwoods we have a long history dating back to 1897, the year of Queen Victoria’s Golden Jubilee, and we remain family owned & run- now with the 5th generation joining us in the business. Our woodturning side was started around 1918 after the Great War, primarily involved in supplying the Traditional Ale Brewers across the UK and this remains the core of our activities alongside our specialist and more modern skills for laser engraving, and finishing.

Importantly all of our timbers are sourced from well managed and sustainable woodlands and forests and are suitable for food use.
WHY ITS GOOD TO USE OUR PRODUCTS
Our timber and cork products of course remain a natural product, and as such can be easily recycled without having to be specially collected, or taken to land fill, and are produced to the most environmentally efficient processes to reduce carbon footprints and with minimal waste.
Timber remains the only renewable resource we have. With proper management of our woodlands it is not a finite resource like all plastic products . As founder members of ‘Woodland Heritage’ we remain committed to sourcing from well managed and sustainable woodlands. We are also members of "Made in Britain" and the "Federation of small businesses".
