RETURNS
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Trends Alley stands behind the quality of its products. We offer a return period of 30 days. If the product that you have received is faulty or different from the one you ordered, you can contact us via email. Please include in your email your order number, a detailed description of the fault along with supporting images and courier the article back to us. We will refund you your money or provide a replacement within 7 days of receiving your package. Shipping cost for the returned article will need to be borne by you.
If you would like to exchange your product for another color or size, we will be happy to do so, provided that it is unused and with the original packaging and tags intact. You can get in touch with us through email with details of your order number and the article that you want instead and courier the goods back to us. Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it to see if it is in a resaleable condition. If the exchange is approved, we’ll notify you by email. We’ll send you the replacement item within 7 working days of receiving your package. The shipping cost of the returned item will need to be borne by you.
